Pomeroy Plunketts GAC says, lets spring fit into Health and Happiness
Building on the successful Biggest Loser last year, Pomeroy Plunketts GAC invite previous and new participants, young and old to join our improved 6 week Health and Happiness Programme which promises fitness, fun and fantastic prizes including hotel breaks, meal vouchers and much more.
This diverse programme from 6.30 am – 10pm features exciting activities that will benefit your health and ultimately your happiness. The programme is, suitable for all abilities from 18 years to 80 with the bonus of team camaraderie sprinkled with special events planned such as cardiac screening.
Registration for the programme will take place in the Pavilion with launch of the programme on Monday 18th February. The cost of the programme is £35 per person for the six weeks. Remember “The greatest wealth is health.” !
