McDonald To “Bring On The Pain”

Orthodox? Southpaw? Who cares? Mickey McDonald reckons that he’ll float like a butterfly when Saturdays Fight Night comes around.

The webwagon caught up with him this week at his high altitude training camp on North Street.

Mighty Mick has went to some of the most extreme lengths in order to get the upper hand on his opponent. At a reach disadvantage he has been sparring wearing stilletto heels which he bought from Tempest in Cookstown.

He has also been pounding the pavements at 5am every Sunday on his way home from Gilly’s Bar. One major advantage that he has is that he can rely on is the support of local superstar boyband “No Direction” who have released a record to raise funds for Mickeys training camp. The new single entitled “Fist Of Gold” will surely inspire the Mickster as he aims to claim another scalp on Saturday.

McDonald has no doubts that he is the main man as he claims “I am the Count Of Monte-Fisto!!”
