The Minor girls were in the League Final on Friday 8^th June V Rock.  The girls who were hit heavily by injury, put up a great display against Rock but were not able to get the much needed scores.  This is the girls third Minor Final in three years. 

 

The girls who have played for the Minors in 2012;  Rebecca McElhatton, Maire Quinn, Lucy Begley, Niamh Armstrong, Dearbhla Quinn, Lucy McGeary,  Zara Girvan, Maria Quinn (Captain), Shauna Girvan, Michaela McGuigan, Patricia McDonald, Jane Loughan, Michaela McNamee, Eimear McKenna and Bronagh Quinn. 

 

 

The boys are at home on Friday 15^th June V Aghyaran at 7.30pm.

 

 

The last game of the league is away to Eglish on Tuesday 19^th  June.

Training for the U12 and U10 girls will take place on Wednesday and Friday at 7pm.

 

We are hosting the U10 Girls blitz on Saturday morning at 11am.  All support and help will be greatly appreciated. 

 

 

There is training for U8 girls on Wednesday evenings at 7, all girls from P1-P4 can attend.  

 

 

Training is on Wednesday evenings at 7.  Bring inside and outside gear.  All parents are asked to stay and help out.

 

U8 boys blitz – Saturday 16^th June in Stewartstown. 

 

 

The third annual Gaeltacht Thir Eoghain will be taking place from Monday 2^nd July –

 

Friday 6^th July in the Institute of Irish Leadership, 20 The Diamond, Pomeroy. 

 

This course is open to anyone (families welcome) who wants to improve his/her ability to speak the Irish Language.  There are three different levels of classes available so whether you’ve never spoken Irish or if you’re quite fluent there will be a class to suit you. 

 

The course will run from 9.30am – 3.30pm frtom Monday 2^nd July until Friday 6^th July. 

 

The course is £50 per person and break time refreshments and light lunch refreshments are included (lunch must be paid for on the Cultural tour)

 

There are limited spaced available on the course which will be allocated on a first come first served basis, so book early to avoid disappointment.
