SENIOR FOOTBALL
CHAMPIONSHIP
All roads lead to Newtownstewart on Thursday 25th August, for our Championship game against Urney, at 7.15. All supporters are asked to come out and support the boys.
Pomeroy will be hosting a double header on Sunday 28th August anyone who is available to help in anyway is asked to be at the Plunkett Park for 4.30.
The last league game is on Saturday 3rd September at home against Gortin.
SENIOR LADIES
The senior ladies are in the league final on Friday 26th August against Castlederg in Fintona at 7.15.
YOUTH
U16 BOYS
The boys were back in action last Wednesday evening at home when they took on Cookstown and came out winners.
U16 GIRLS
The girls continue to train on Mondays and Thursdays at 7.30. Championship starts on Saturday 3rd September away to Rock at 11am.
U8’s/U10’s/U12’s Boys and Girls
Training continues on Saturday mornings at 10:30 Plunkett Park . All parents are encouraged to bring their children along and if possible, get on board in helping out with the teaching of our games.
U12 BOYS
Can all U12 boys report to field for 8.15 on Saturday morning for tournament in Loughmacrory.
COME DINE WITH ME
Jump on the bandwagon and participate in our very own “Come Dine With Me” which after its first weekend was a wonderful success. You can run it anyway you like. Just pick a date and be sure to let Maeve or Edel know that you wish to join the fun. Remember that this is a club fundraiser with all proceeds going to Pomeroy GAC. “Come Dine with Me” is running until the end of September.
2011 CORMAC TRUST 10K RACE AND FUN RUN
he run will take place on Saturday 3rd September at 1pm. The race will start and finish in Eglish village. Proceeds from this year’s event will be shared with the Michaela Foundation. Further details can be seen and application forms downloaded from www.thecormactrust.com
