The Plunkett’s earned another 2 vital points for the league table, when they were away to Killeeshil at the weekend, we remain in joint 3rd place with Strabane with only a point between us and Moy.
Next league game is away to Eskra on Saturday 20th October at 4pm.

Cardio Combat – starting Tuesday 23th October, time 7-8pm with Andrea Tierney
Mens Only Circults – starting Wednesday 17th October, time 7-8pm with Paula Donaghy
Mens Outdoor Training – Running with Strenght Conditioning and Core Work starting Sunday 28th October at 8am with Conor McCarroll
Light exercise Class Over 50’s – starting Wednesday 17th October 10.30-11.30am with Caroline Rafferty.
COST £25 FOR 6 WEEK COURSE
Places are limited and will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Full fee to be paid at registration.
Registration takes place on Sunday 14th October at 12 noon – 1pm for all programmes in the Pavillion.
